Innan grundandet av Dedicap, var Martin partner p\u00e5 Accent Equity (2003-2018) och Euroventures(1996-2003). Martin har ansvarat f\u00f6r, eller deltagit i, ett stort antal f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv, f\u00f6retagsutvecklingar och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar och har en gedigen erfarenhet av private equity-modellen f\u00f6r att aktivt \u00e4ga och utveckla f\u00f6retag. Martin har en omfattande erfarenhet av olika branscher, situationer och transaktionstyper. Dessf\u00f6rinnan var Martin verksam inom telecom, dels som ansvarig p\u00e5 Ericsson f\u00f6r marknadsf\u00f6ring och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av mobila kommunikationssystem. <\/p>\n<p>Martin var \u00e4ven medgrundare och \u00e4gare av en nationell persons\u00f6karoperat\u00f6r i Estland. N\u00e5gra av Martins tidigare styrelseuppdrag innefattar bl.a. Akademibokhandeln (ordf\u00f6rande), Blomsterboda (ordf\u00f6rande), Cervera (ordf\u00f6rande), Steni (ordf\u00f6rande), Corvara, H\u00f6\u00f6ks, Flextrus, Grycksbo Paper, Annas Pepparkakor, J\u00f8tul, Disab, Primus, Optimera, m.fl.. Martin \u00e4r idag ordf\u00f6rande i Hela F\u00f6rs\u00e4kring AB, Dedicaps f\u00f6rsta investering.
